The way that lever is does not look comfortable to me. It seems like the shooter isn't having problems so maybe it's just one of those things that look uncomfortable but in reality it isn't.I made a different thread on this but what the hell, reminds of the tactical 30-30 mossberg was pushing years ago, which for the record I did not buy.

.223 lever only fills the need created by draconian gun restrictions, and even then, I argue a .357 magnum lever action s more effective for home defense and a true rifle caliber lever gun is more effective for homestead defense.
Is this thread strictly guns or can the stamp collectors among us also get in on this?

This is pretty much the everything thread. All things firearm related along with discussion about food, music, cars, I think we got on a 4 day discussion about different accents and saying before. Lol. We're just laid back and all get along.

Thanks! The otter creek is for a 6” 300 blackout I built. I originally tired running my Rugged micro 30 on it but with only like 3 baffles there wasn’t enough back pressure to run subs reliably. The issue was there’s almost no dwell time on a 6” barrel with pistol length gas so I got the hydrogen S. I’m going to move the micro 30 over to my best friend who is an RP on my trust and let him use it until he gets his own can.
The pheonix is for my MP5 and 5k clones.
I had a few conjugals with it while it was in jail and it’s super gassy so I may eventually get something like the CAT Mob which has reduced back pressure.

Jokes on you! The new ground blind that I bought is big enough for me to sleep in! You'll just give me an excuse to hunt everyday. Lol
That's 90 percent of my gun safe.
I'm still behind the curve with pistol red dots but found Scott's stuff helpful. (I EDC a S&W Compact 2.0 w/irons). I have a RDS on my G19 but I don't EDC it cause I can't shoot the G19 as well as I can the S&W, even with irons. I also found his Wave Grip useful and combine it with McPhee's grip.

On the previous MMA forum that I used to frequent that shall not be named....just kidding -- I posted about my recent purchase; Runcam. A cheap video cam that I attach to my ear pro VIA velcro. There's also a mount if u have a helmet.
It's cheap and the only things I didn't like: 1) Sound quality: Sounds like you're underwater. Muffled sounds. No biggie though since I'm using it at the range. 2) No preview screen so u have to use their app BUT...I couldn't get it to preview for me so my footage wasn't straight.
I did some back and forth with customer service and on my 2nd exchange; now got it to work. This info IS NOT in the manual so if u get one, keep this info in mind.
U connect the camera and phone VIA their app over wifi and use the default password, which u can later change in the app. Here is what I learned recently; turn off cellular data during this connection process. This will give u the live view and u can make various adjustments VIA the app such as brightness. I wanted it more for the physical adjustments such as making sure it was angled correctly and straight. The camera is on a flexible tube and the camera can also be rotated.
FYI - the battery is rechargeable. $60 including S&H. Useful? Maybe. Novelty item? Sure. But it's cheap so either way....I'm ok with it.

That's pretty cool. Can you see it in your peripheral or does it not stick out as dar as it appears?
