The play that I really hope is somewhere in Monken's playbook is a HB power where Faalele pulls, followed by Ricard, followed by Henry.

700 lbs of blocking... and then Henry.

I love a good fullback.
Broncos have the old chief one Micheal Burton, he is pretty good.
Burton is a great blocker, but he's iffy in short yardage. At least he was with us.

Steele looks to be the opposite. He was a great short yardage runner in college but didn't block much. He's laid a few blocks that look promising though. I think it's easier for someone of his stature to get good at pass pro vs. the other.

Burton was almost only for blocking last year
Payton is running some I formation using him and obviously short yardage packages

After watching him I got the feeling he is like Jameis Winston but without the upside but can run better.

Hes a poor mans Jameis Winston lol.

Way too early for any definitive prognosis, but fuck I love what Macdonald has brought thus far. Watching modernized systems on both sides of the ball is like an injection of adrenaline. Things had gotten so repetitive with Pete everything felt dulled.
