I have those two box sets, amazing series.

Generation Kill is a nice piece of work as well.

Rambo (1-5)is the Greatest Documentary Series of All Time, but I am obviously biased and personally invested.

I also enjoyed Tour of Duty, it is very old but at the time was pretty damn good. I rate it very high.

Private Ryan was great, but had flaws... like the beach landing, great scene, but the unintentional comedy ruined it...the soldier who nearly bit it, removed his helmet, THEN bit it, dark comedy wrecked that scene imo...

But somehow Speiberg and Hanks found the path...

It kinda lacks continuity but the scenes, vibe, performances, and cinematography are amazing.
