Flip side of the same coin. Either it's OK for both, or neither. So if Lamar lobbing it up and getting a call is fine then Mahomes getting calls is fine.

I just saw that the Giants are moving Isiah Simmons to Nickle/Money Back. This will be his 3rd(or 4th) position change in 5 years of pro football. His career has just been so weird since coming into the pros.
Hes gone from LB (playing both ILB and OLB) in AZ to Safety with the Giants and now they are moving him to Nickle/Money. I'm not big on players who's most defining trait is their versatility as it often ends up being more like "He can't play any position well. He just maybe is ok at a few". There are a few exceptions like Chris Jones who is elite at IDL and Edge but those guys are extremely rare and end up HOFers most of the time. So far Simmons has not grown into a very good player.
For Simmons though I can't think of another player who's had this many changes in such a short time and as drastic. We have seen Byron Jones go from FS-Nickle-Outside Corner but I don't think we have seen someone go from LB-S-Nickle. The volume of a playbook he has to have learned is insane.

I'm fine with the Chiefs dominating and that was not a penalty. You? I mean, I wasn't the one complaining. Calls go both ways, maybe it feels like they don't because you didn't win. You would rather get way outplayed and catch calls on plays that were never close to being made for a W against a team that has won Superbowls plural and we're currently defending Champions??
