Win is by KO/death. Fleeing the battle is a DQ.

In a gladiatorial arena, Batman slices Fedor up to within an inch of his life. Even Nolan's more realistic Batman wins this but with heavy use of the surroundings.

Though Fedor is considered one of the greatest MMA fighters ever, Batman is highly skilled practitioner of over 120 martial arts. Fedor wouldn’t be able to withstand the high fighting intelligence of Batman, even in an Octagon, Batman would know in an instant what style of fight Fedor would bring and counter accordingly.

Fedor is flesh and blood, and has been knocked out but fellow humans, Batman has taken blows from superhumans and lived to tell the tale.

It’s obviously a hard comparison due to nearly 80 active years of fighting experience compared to Fedors 12 years or so.

I love Fedor, but the experience and battles Batman has sustained against multiple foes with just hand to hand combat outweighs Fedors experience by 20 to 1.

May the best man win, but remember, The Batman is the ultimate hero, and just a man, a disturbed man who used his vast intellect and fortune to help fellow humans defeat evil.

If these guys did face off, they’d shake hands then beat the living shit out of Dana, but rules are rules, and for all Fedor has done, he is up against the ultimate human and he’d lose, emphatically.
