Any commercial canned or jarred food product.
No specialty or off-brand private label food, must be a common item.
Can be a soup, or base food of any kind.
There is no cooking, so it must be eaten as-is.
There is no other food source.
Foraging is allowed, but no hunting, fishing, trapping.
Fresh water is your only liquid at 2 litres per day.
Unlimited supply of whatever it is, but it cannot be separated into categories, and must be eaten whole as-is when opened.

We did a couple dozen jars, they are amazing(Pressure canned with just a little salt)

I sear the edges of the meat before canning for flavor.

Not sure if it loses a bunch of the nutrients but I can live on red meat alone.
