I just bought an asada seasoning. Basically has all the stuff

I rubbed it down first with achiote paste. It’s the red paste that El Pollo Loco uses to turn their chicken red. I also bought this asada seasoning that is basically mixed with all the seasonings Mexicans typically use on their meats. I added some oil and OJ after to soften the meat up.
