Actual statistics for the debate about Mahomes supposedly getting bailed out on INT's. The truth is he is probably the best in the league at recognizing a free play and taking a shot down field. Having said that, he isn't perfect and for real people still don't understand that he saves his best for big moments in big games. That's facts.

The free play doesn’t hold water with me because a lot of the times (most of the times) when I’m watching those games the flag comes out after he’s thrown it, it’s a Dpi not a holding, which can only happen after the ball is in the air… the defender picks it off and then oops suddenly there’s a phantom flag out of nowhere that wasn’t even near the play

Before he signed his big deal I said for his career he should not resign with the Jags as its not gonna get better around him with that ownership and GM. He made his bed however taking that money.

Off the top of my head the only #1 overall QBs who are in a positive situation with their orginal team are Burrow and Murray but I can see the Bengals situation get worse this season.

Someone recently made the point that he and Daniel Jones have pretty much exactly the same career stats. Before Mac Jones got benched last year his stats and Mac Jones stats were virtually identical. Trevor Lawrence is the most overratedquarterback in the league.
I keep hearing about the potential, but he’s been in the league for like four years and he hasn’t shown it

he’s not a guy that ever should’ve gotten that contract.

At least the majority of Aaron Rodgers free plays are obvious. They’re usually an offsides penalty on the defense. He’s good at catching them with 12 men on the field. But the flag comes out immediately and everyone knows it’s a free play. On a large percentage of Mahomes plays. The flag doesn’t come out until after the defender has intercepted the ball and the refs are looking to save his ass.

Then he has the balls to strut around with his homo way of walking and act like he won the game when it was the refs that bailed him out

I do think you are correct about most of this.

That said I think you and I both need to acknowledge that both Tom Brady and Peyton Manning also got calls due to being stars.

Now I do think Mahomes and KC get a lot of calls. Whether it is more or less than other Stars/Stud teams in recent history is the real question.

We also must remind ourselves that it is in fine print on the back of an NFL ticket that the NFL's Product is "Entertainment". So I can't exactly get mad when I see an outcome swung to cater to a narrative/team/player, I was warned and have seen it for years.

It’s gone beyond just getting calls though. Every great star player in the history of sports has gotten the benefit of calls, including Michael Jordan.
This is almost blatant scripted bullshit. And it’s gotten worse since the Taylor Swift shit.

You can't just look at the box score stats and think they have been playing the same. This is the same argument people use to say Dak plays like Mahomes.

T-Law has been let down by the situation around him (same could be said about Mac Jones). Last year his WRs dropped 9 TDs passes and the yards that would go along with it. Add those into the equation his stats and season long evaluation looks way better. Even if we are being generous to the WRs and add just 5 of those TDs his QBR goes away up. So far this year is been the same outside for good moments by Brian Thomas Jr. Their 24+mil WR Christian Kirk so far this year has been dog shit. He has 2 catches for 29 yards.

T-Law himself has had his issues like his awful fumbles but hes clearly being held back by Jacksonville more than him being the problem. The system is stupid and their O-Line ain't not worth talking about. T-Law was paid because they have almost nothing else. Take him off Jag and they are the Panthers overnight.

This Kirk contract is an all time bad one. After next year they will have paid him almost 70mil.

Week 1 he had 1 catch for -1 yard. LOL!

Apparently, Aaron Rodgers has been voted by fans as the leagues most annoying player
Travis Kelce 2nd
OBJ third
There is no way Mahomes and Travis aren't 1, 2 on that list. The fact that OBJ is on there makes me think it's older data.

I have a more drastic rule change suggestion: The QB Can't advance the football past the line of scrimmage :)
Announce that and the Ravens will direct snap to the HB and toss it back to Lamar every play. LJ will then either hand it back, run himself, or on the rare occasion, pass the ball.
