Rodgers is a HOFer but he has not played like a HOFer for years now. Bill was willing to move off Brady when he felt Brady was on the decline. I'm not so sure he thinks Rodgers is still Rodgers.
At some point the talent is not worth the headache.
The decline always hits at some point, but even with a mediocre Packers team in 2022 he was still pretty good, and the year before he was MVP.
It's not been the best start to a season for sure, but the Jets are a mess right now.
Brady got robbed for that one. Was better than Rodgers in every import stat.
I think it was the fist time in league history a QB led the league in as many key stats as Brady did and DIDNT get the MVP.

There is a chance there is a rift in the lockerroom and it's not that Salah lost it. The defense supported Saleh (they have been playing good...gave up 36 in the last 3 games). There is a Rodgers faction clearly and it's them vs the defense. Rodgers faction won and got Saleh fired. So they didn't tell the players and got Saleh out of there quickly.

A big upheaval/power struggle on the Jets and SUDDENLY Rodgers is going to be on a podcast. Not coincidental at all
This happens on all of Rodgers teams....nothing like him undermining his front office and then absolving himself of any responsibility.
I expect soon that the Jets will announce they are trading for Davante Adams.....which quite possibly could be the rift that divided Saleh and Rodgers.
