Certainly. But their reeing is usually easily defended as something they are taking out of context. This was actually in poor form and feels like something Trump needs to make a statement on. Not that it would squash the looney left's view of him, but if he doesn't distance himself from the comment they'll equate it to him basically saying it himself. They will anyway, but I'm sure some fence-sitters would like to hear Trump say that he didn't sign off on the joke and that it was out of bounds and unfunny.
The rest of the night was solid messaging about the indefensible governing of the last 4 years. But Tony's shit will steal a lot of that thunder. It's unfortunate.

You're wrong. The government is partially to blame, but the people own the lion's share of the blame. One of my old bosses was puerto rican. He was a fat, bald, douchebag that thought he was god's gift to women, which was funny because he's built like a bull dyke. He arranged a trip to puerto rico for anyone at work that wanted to go. One of the dudes on our team was born in Honduras. He had already been and took a hard pass.
There was another dude on our team that was of hispanic descent, but was born in Florida. He said he wanted to turn around and hop on a flight back to Florida as soon as he exited the airport. Everyone that went said they'd never go back. puerto rico is a shithole because of puerto ricans.
No accounting for comedic taste, but that title goes to Greg Giraldo long before Hinchcliffe ever gets mentioned. I've only ever viewed him as another Rogan ball-tugger who for some reason thinks he's accomplished enough to judge up-and-comers on what's funny. Luckily that was the first and final time he'll ever be opening at MSG again.
And yeah, no one's changing a vote over Tony Fucking Hinchcliffe of all people.

Rickles and Geraldo were amazing. They are dead though. Hichcliffe is the current best there is.
