The best thing about legal weed is the vape carts and disposable pens.

When I smoked that's pretty much all I bought.

I go to Vancouver for about a week every year and usually go to a Canucks game. After the game I walk to the casino and all you smell is weed haha.

Is 57% a majority?

Is 55% a majority?

You cannot argue the fact that the answer to both questions is YES. And that was my point. Both measures carry majority support. I'm fully aware FL requires 60% for passage. I even noted that in the prior post.

You literally disagreed with a post saying both have majority support... which is just factually wrong.

Thats not what majority means.

60% is the required threshold for passage... but 50% plus 1 is what a majority means.

within the context of the scenario that is being discussed, majority was not reached because they have defined majority at 60%

The threshold for passage wasn't reached.

The majority of voters supported both measures.

i use this argument as well. everyone knows an absolute loser who grew weed in the 90s or early 2000s and bough a truck, boat , harley maybe even a house . now the govt is involved and they charge double per gram and still lose money. it is amazing. they say you could put the government in charge of the sahara desert and in 5 years they would be dead broke and out of sand
I'm not a frequent enough user to care about the price, and appreciate the convenience, but I'm also not going to be keeping the weed business in business.
