I'm a firm believer that the rankings shouldn't even exist until around week 6. Nothing. Not one official poll. The preseason rankings play way too much into everything. I also believe your strength of record should matter as much as anything and boat racing nobodies shouldn't be rewarded like it is.

I agree! Far too many teams ranked on name & reputation.

As we have said this crap is a troll job and ratings grab. EVERYBODY is talking about how awful they are. Get rid of the G5 bs and Notre Dame at #6 after losing to a G5 school is hilarious.
