He's got some weird criteria like has to be thin, cheese only and its floppiness. Though maybe that makes sense so you can judge them all on an equal basis. Aside from the crust how was the flavor?

Yup the burnt crust here didn't add anything as or was a dry tasteless crust! It was fucking $40 for the pie which is fucking insane. It's not even that much at Bianco or Cibo which are light years ahead of this!

Portnoy's criteria for what makes a good pizza is: thin, no flop, burnt crust (preferably coal fired).

I feel like he knows he is a douche and doesn't care so leans into it

I love me some Rough n Rowdy Fight Events and I'm pretty sure he pays for those so alright in my book...Don't really know much about him to be honest.

His reviews are generally entertaining and I respect the fact that he's cornered off the market for reviewing burnt cheese pizza but I've never bought or not bought a pizza based off of his reviews.

But im a simple man. I'm of the belief that there's no such thing as a bad pizza.
