I reckon he was about as covered up as he could be without arousing suspicion, if he went full balaclava or full face mask then he would have stood out as someone trying to hide their identity prior to the shooting.

Yeah I mean I am not going to sit here and say I am glad this happened by any means, but I also hope it wasnt for nothing, and that people in power start realizing they are not untouchable and to begin to act like it. Life isnt a game of monopoly for them to be playing.
