I don't think any country would have the nerve to pull this on the U.S., China or Russia. But all those countries do have the gall to pull this crap on their own citizens. If another country is doing this to us then it's an act of war. If the government is doing it to it's own citizens that also should be considered an act of war on us.

Don't know why "SPACE" force would be doing something that has zero to do with space. Any other branch of the military I could see doing this for drills, but at the same time, why wouldn't they be doing it in an area with no population like Area 51?
