I don't need to call them, I still have all the access they do plus a lot more. I've seen nothing shocking with this situation other than a lot of retarded people thinking a plane or helicopter is an alien spacecraft. I've lost a lot of faith in the intelligence of people if anything.
So the establishment is telling people “we know about the Drones. Stop calling.”
Capable establishments are being told not to ‘engage’ the Drones.
Congress is calling witnesses to testify about Drones.
The FBI, CIA, and the DOD are conducting a briefing on Drones.

All of this based on people misidentifying planes? Can you tell me Who is retarded again?

When do you not engage? Typically when you're building out a network and discovering their TTPs and things like that. If your adversary has weakness you can exploit you don't tell them immediately and lose the ability to exploit. THAT would be retarded.

A retarded “hobbyists” can fly a car-size drone around a city unchecked and no one knows what’s going on.

I don’t know but that even the EADS and a local drone expert doesn’t know what’s going on is even scarier.

Are you saying this drone is a known adversary?

Btw, I don’t think It’s aliens. It’s China. Lol
Seriously, here’s what I think is happening.

The establishment/some agency is flying these drones. They are getting everyone worked up over it. Then they will go to Congress and ask for millions and billions of dollars to investigate and formulate plans to counter any future adversary drones.

Congress will give them the money and we will feel safe again.

L @luchalibre , you are correct. We are mostly retarded.

This thread has now devolved into discussions on it being the government, a foreign government, etc. Can we please get back to the sensible discussion of this being aliens?

Possibly.. They just caught a Chinese spy flying a drone over a military base or something... I'm guessing that might be what you're referencing.. So maybe.
Oh really?! How convenient. We are going to need an extra 40 million for our drone defense plan then.

side note
The government must have been getting so pissed that people were thinking aliens and not China. lol

More like 4 trillion. Drones are big business. Hell 40 million won't even touch 1/2 a Triton

I heard some reporter on the news saying how dangerous it was to try and shoot the drones out of the sky because bullets will come back down.

While that's true, wait until he finds out what shot guns are for.

I mean it's more dangerous to shoot at them because it's a serious felony and you're gonna get raked over the coals. Some of the group 1 drones are 30k and sensors can go over 100k. You bet you ass people will press charges and sue the shit out of you if you shoot one. If you can see it, it can see you.

State and local officials are now pressuring the federal government to take action as government agencies will lose their counter-drone authority without Federal Aviation Administration reauthorization from Congress.

Rep. Chris Smith, a New Jersey Republican and outspoken critic of the Biden administration's response to these sightings, told Fox News he plans to introduce legislation as early as this week that would allow state police to better handle the drone threats = including tracking the drones and taking them down.

He said he sees the bill as a 'very real extension of a capability that is needed right now' in US defense space.

'There's more vulnerability here that anyone wants to accept, but we need to take action - decisive action.'

Rep. Raja Krishnamoorthi, a Democrat from Illinois, also said Congress has to 'work in a bipartisan manner to plug some holes within the law in terms of who is allowed to operate drones, in what manner and how do you disable or deal with drones in improper airspace.'
