Smoked spatchcocked chicken and pork loin. Surprisingly the pork loin was nice and juicy once done. I thought it was tenderloin when I bought it so was expecting two strips when I pulled it outnof the packaging...it was not. Still turned out better than expected.
madde some pork roast the other day , we ate this shit for 4 days straight lol last day we made fried rice

Wife is jealous I'm heading to Vegas in the am so I had to make her a steakhouse meal. Ribeyes were done with sea salt and black truffles, potatoes were done in duck fat & fresh herbs, lobster with drawn butter and white truffles.
