It's already diced up al pastor carnitas (pork) so you can cook em up on your plancha(griddle).
Resting for now. Gonna do some lobster tails with it, plan was to do this tomorrow but I think it may be tonights dinner and the trimmings from the tenderloin will be chili tomorrow. I decided to get drunk tonigh so tomorrow I want to turn on the crock pot and walk away. 
Had so much cheese fondue last night lol
The plan was to make a pot of coffee and watch the Rizin event but the cheese sent me to bed with the quickness, thank God that event in Japan lasts like 14 hours woke up today to 8 fights still pending and people complaining about the pacing

I cut some of the potatoes really tiny so you get a crunch with them. I used duck fat and butter for these with black truffle, sea salt, garlic, and black pepper. Not sure if that was a small potato or truffle, or garlic to be honest
It's perfectly cooked just dangerously close to sides touching. I zoomed in and it was a shadow.
Sides don't touch, though I did put lobster on the steak and eat them together
