This spaghetti is fire !

made it spicy af with pepper flakes and korean red pepper spices , chili and cayenne pepper

in other news I tapped out mid rocky 4 in yesterdays marathon, turn on the tv and hes hugging his woife that just got to USSR unnanounced and left his kid behind

she probably thought Rocky was banging all the ladies in communist USSR

hes just running around fucking with the KGB car , LOL HE JUST MADE THEM CRASH WTF

Dry brined tritip in Bee Sting. Won't be using this seasoning again for beef but it's excellent on pork and chicken.

For winter these are 1000% nicer than my regular thermopro probes. I don't have to go out in the cold to check temps or leave a window cracked so I can hear the alarm.

I love tritip. Both mid rare and cooked like brisket(don't knock till you try).
It was untrimmed $5 a pound, which is about as cheap as it gets in my parts. The fat cap was probably close to a pound, so the 4.5lb steak was 3.5ish ($6.50ish a pound trimmed). I let this one rest longer than I should have because I like mine more rare than this finished product, but it ate just fine. Probably make some tacos later tonight and throughout the week with it as well.
