Meltzer isn't known for corroborating anything. He's a fan/critic/historian....not an actual journalist.

His posts about Graves today were comical. Basically covered his ass with every possibility. If he shows, it was a work. If he doesn’t show it’s a shoot. If he doesn’t show but turns up in a couple weeks it’s part of a storyline being developed.

Hi light of the show was Samoa Joe returning to save Hook from Christian’s crew.
I think almost every match had a beat down at the end.
Nana attacked Riccochet with a chair during his promo. Swerve came out and Riccochet ran out an exit of the building.
Omega beat Cage clean and was attacked by Callis’ family. Ospreay made the save.
Megan Bayne debuted in the gauntlet match which was won by Toni Storm.
Mox choked out Hobbes after taking a briefcase shot. Made it look like Hobbes bit off Mox’s earring. Mox bladed his ear like a mad man on the floor and bled like crazy from it. FTR made the save of Hobbes after the inevitable Deathriders attack

Because Tony CoKahne cant book a coherent show. Each segment/match is booked in a complete vacuum to the rest of the show.
Yep from his star ratings to his "reporting", there is nothing in modern wrestling Dave is in touch with anymore.
The sad part... is this is a man in his 60s... and instead of doing things like being in his family's life, he spends multiple hours a day arguing on Twitter.
JJ and MJF had a promo segment as well that went off the rails trying to appear as a shoot. Trading jabs about each other’s personal lives was cringey. And yes, MJF was sweating hair dye. 😂
TK not being able to run a storyline with MJF with an active wrestler to the point that he had to pull in JJ from backstage is just awful.

Both of them were basically just calling their wives whores. I thought MJF saying he was going to fuck JJ's wife was bad, but then JJ said MJF's girl had a train run on her by ten other wrestlers and that was AFTER calling MJF's mom a whore.

TK just killed the greatest gimmick he had in rookie Toni Storm. After a Mariah May beat down she transformed back to Timeless.

Funniest botch has to go to Big Bill. Had a parking lot fight with Hobbes that came back later in the arena. Tried handcuffing Hobbes with a long chain set he had in a bag. The cuffs became locked together in the bag and the goof took forever fumbling with them. Not as bad as Heyman being unable to free Roman.

I find it hilarious how anybody who is remotely over is relegated to b-side status. I mean Ospreay and MJF are having meaningless programs with nothing at stake, and are nowhere near a championship, not to mention the Outrunners. Toni Storm seems like the only one who sniffs the main events, but they ruined what should've been a great reveal on a regular Collision show instead of saving it for a big moment on a big show.
It just makes no sense.
I basically watch thinking"Maybe this week Tony figures it out". He never does though.
