Waygu TarTar, waygu skirt, smoked old fashioned for dessert. . Not picture- taters, oysters, Brussel sprouts, the other steak is a 45 day ribeye. This was a couple days ago.

Airport meal

Roasted carrots, taters, some weird honey chicken and tri tip. Washed down with a bloody.

Dessert was ice cream at home on the couch because I'm too lazy to cook.

No, I've never even heard of it until now.

Check YT. I've made it. The crust came out in a way that didn't hold up to the weight of the toppings, so I didn't really think of it as pizza. I think I just used a shitty copycat recipe. It tasted good though. I was going to try another, but never got around to it.

Doing it wrong then, did you prebake the "dough" first then add the toppings, that is an important step

Really simple, canned chicken well drained, eggs, mozzarella cheese, italian seasoning to taste. I usually do with 2 large cans, 4 to 6 eggs depending on size and a cup of mozz, mix well, spread on a parchment lined baking sheet, cook for about 15 minutes then add the toppings and bake for another 12 or until you get the crisp that you want.

I made some catfish stew last night. I have eaten it my entire life and love it but never made it. It turned out good

Using the cast iron Dutch oven I put 12oz of salted pork and rendered the fat, removed the pork, and set aside
I spent an hour cooking down a few onions, adding garlic the last 10 minutes
I cubed up a bunch of potatoes prior and had to soak them in water, I drained those and added them to the pot covered with chicken stock, put the lid on, and in the oven at 350 for a while
the catfish filets were very lightly dusted with corn flour (just what I had on hand, I think anything would work) and a heavy coat of S&P
once the potatoes were soft I added a can of cream of mushroom, the crumbled pork fat, and then the filets, then back in the oven
make some rice and serve the stew on top

you can substitute any whitefish for catfish. You could also use chicken or sausage. I will serve the leftovers over grits today for lunch since the whole family is home for a snow day.
