I got in a pissing match with a guest once if we were serving chorizo or chourico, he kept saying he was a top tier reviewer on tripadvisor and was threatening me with bad reviews because we were not serving chorizo, I basically told him to fuck off and get out.

A good friend won a certificate for a 4-course meal at Silva Grilladas, probably the best Portuguese restaurant in Canada.

It was served by the owner Silva himself and he paired it with his best Portuguese wines, really good stuff, The best Chorizo I've ever tasted.

Trust me, you don't want these any other way WEDO. As you can tell if you werent half a handle in the inside is perfectly cooked while keeping a nice crisp on the out. Crisp, not crunch. Some idiots love boiling these. Disgusting.
