And it's basically only on essential goods like food and clothing. It's one of the most irresponsible things I've ever seen.

Downtown Vancouver is stupidly dangerous.. Especially at night. Not shocked there are no women left. May as well be a US city at this rate lol. It happened very quickly too.. Basically entirely over Trudeau + BC NDP. Worst combo imaginable. Damage would take a couple decades of conservative provincial and federal governments (which can't get elected anymore in BC) to reverse.

Yes demographics are fucked in Vancouver but homeless+drug addiction is the real issue. Remember that BC with federal government's exemption legalized all drugs, including crack, fentanyl, meth. This + the cost of living crisis mostly brought on by federal policy did way more damage than immigration did.

2021 census says it's 43% white, 39% Asian, 7% Indian.

The asians leave women alone. Obviously Indians are super rapey but it's whites and Indians just socialize and even live in different neighborhoods.

I'm just an interested observer who won't be directly impacted by much at all that takes place in Canada but I'd like to see real Canadians prosper and it seems that fixing whatever problems the PPC has might be that best hope for the place.

If this guy is viewed as the "conservative" solution then I think you folks are way past due for a revolution and it'd probably be best to burn it all down and start fresh:



Just my opinion of course.

This gent also seems to take some reasonable stances despite his Puerto Rican origins:

Dr Duchesne has been right about a lot of things over the years . the problem with the PPC isnt the message . they say all the right things. they just arent popular . they cant win a single seat and have never even won a bye election . both the CPC and PPC (all parties really) need to be disbanded and reformed . there is no future for the PPC and the CPC is weak as dog shit ...think a whole conservative party made of Jeb Bushs and Rishi Sunaks. right now all 3 major parties are walking arm in arm in to the trade war . the official opposition is opposing nothing once again . i am not sure even what the point of the CPC is if they agree with the Liberals on almost every issue. Canada is in a rough place politically for the forseeable future . we either get globohomo mass migration and crushing trade barriers with our biggest trading partner from team red or team blue

That's the PPC problem.

They let anyone, and I mean anyone, who wanted to run for them, run for them.

one of my main gripes with ppc is they never grew the party. it has been around for years and its a one man show still to this day. we could have an election as soon as 6 weeks and i have no idea who my local candidate is or will be. as soon as they call an election they will find some guy who does accounting out of his basement and nominate him.... against a CPC MP who has been sitting since 2011 and a Liberal and NDPer who maintain full time offices here and are out and about in the community shaking hands at rotary club breakfasts etc . they basically are not even trying . they will nominate a nobody . give them no time to campaign and run them against the well polished political machine . i wanted to like the ppc despite max being a frog and a grifter but i just cant
