It's actually great to catch illegal border crossers and instead of just releasing them back.. Hold them, Prosecute them, send them to El Salvador for their sentence then they can get released.

I would clarify and add "citizen" that then. US citizens should never be sent from an American prison and put in one inside of another country.

Agreed, I am assuming this is for citizens of El Salvador that are currently in US prisons not Citizens of the US

that is the main reason they are terrified of going in, because with 0 visitation rights and 0 contact with the outside world they cannot thrive inside the prison system like they do here and slowly they are killed without anybody giving a flying fuck
