I would say thisDoesn't actually seem possible so I gotta figure they just aren't charging like they should be.
Also consider that the entire state of Montana has roughly 29% of the population of just Los Angeles by itself (1.1 million for Montana vs 3.8 million for LA), so it wouldn't be that difficult for the numbers to get statistically skewed...especially when you consider most of central & northern CA is pretty safe compared to southern, which skews the numbers even more.Weird that the west & east coast states are all lower than Montana. Doesn't actually seem possible so I gotta figure they just aren't charging like they should be. I expect violent crime to exist here, folks around here tend to take matters into their own hands and most of our judges aren't liberal activists, but those #s don't add up.

Its also not an island, buddy guy.
Those damn Skeemo ladies can scrap.Alaska has a lot of domestic violence in predominantly native areas that skews the numbers heavily.
Per capital data skews incorrectly in places with small populationsWithout a city breakdown included with general state numbers doesnt tell the whole story. But, unsurprisingly it all reflects demographics. Re: Alaska, I've never been more searched and checked for a gun than at a bar in Anchorage.
