I would say thisDoesn't actually seem possible so I gotta figure they just aren't charging like they should be.
Also consider that the entire state of Montana has roughly 29% of the population of just Los Angeles by itself (1.1 million for Montana vs 3.8 million for LA), so it wouldn't be that difficult for the numbers to get statistically skewed...especially when you consider most of central & northern CA is pretty safe compared to southern, which skews the numbers even more.Weird that the west & east coast states are all lower than Montana. Doesn't actually seem possible so I gotta figure they just aren't charging like they should be. I expect violent crime to exist here, folks around here tend to take matters into their own hands and most of our judges aren't liberal activists, but those #s don't add up.

Its also not an island, buddy guy.
Those damn Skeemo ladies can scrap.Alaska has a lot of domestic violence in predominantly native areas that skews the numbers heavily.
Per capital data skews incorrectly in places with small populationsWithout a city breakdown included with general state numbers doesnt tell the whole story. But, unsurprisingly it all reflects demographics. Re: Alaska, I've never been more searched and checked for a gun than at a bar in Anchorage.

It's per capita.. And no it doesn't skew anything... Per capita is the correct measure.. It doesn't skew either way Buuuut there's more variance in smaller population so you need to look at more than one year.Per capital data skews incorrectly in places with small populations
It's called the "small sample size effect". It's why Liechtenstein has a per capita murder rate of 0 or is among the highest in Europe from one year to the next. It's per capita.. And no it doesn't skew anything...
Oh, so it does skew it.Buuuut there's more variance in smaller population so you need to look at more than one year.
That's not skewing it. Thats just a higher variance, lol. It's called the "small sample size effect". It's why Liechtenstein has a per capita murder rate of 0 or is among the highest in Europe from one year to the next.
Oh, so it does skew it.
"make biased or distorted in a way that is regarded as inaccurate, unfair, or misleading"That's not skewing it. Thats just a higher variance, lol.
It's not a bias or a distortion.."make biased or distorted in a way that is regarded as inaccurate, unfair, or misleading"
It's not a bias or a distortion..
I don't want to have any conversations with you. You're an imbecile who follows me around the site trying to instigate fights with me because of some weird insecurity you have.We aren't going to progress in this conversation.
I wouldn't be telling people that. This is what I do
