My worry is that these tactics are going to leave this administration and the next mired in lawsuits. I thought the idea was to have a reduction in force by downsizing these agencies to next to nothing, bypassing much of the legal recourse these bureaucrats have.
A lot of these rulings seem to either be getting overturned quickly, or siding with Trump. I'm not too concerned about it honestly. Use the first 6 months, to use push everything thru and set legal precedent...which seems to be happening.
