I didn't cook it or take a pic, but I just had a delicious sardine sandwich. Sourdough with butter/garlic/oregano on the outside, toasted, mayo on the inside, spinach, sardines, and lemon juice. Damn, that's good.

I had banana pancakes this morning for breakfast. Again no pics because they fell apart a bit which would have made for a shitty pic. It didn't affect the flavor though. Just bananas and eggs cooked on cast iron with some VT maple syrup.

I've never thought about making a sandwich with sardines. I really like them on crackers with a dollop of mustard, occasionally paper thin slice of cheddar. It's usually a summertime thing when I'm relaxing in the yard on a warm day.

I picked up a few cans over the weekend along with a loaf of bread. I'll probably make it again in 2-3 days. I gotta use up the bread. Sandwiches and eggs tacos are on the menu this week.

Salmon is delicious, I just can't imagine it on a "taco"

Pan seared Salmon is the food of the gods. I just have to eat a whole pan full to actually feel full.
Salmon is widely available in the PNW, so we put it on a lot of things. Later this week I'll make basically the same thing except with shrimp and rockfish.

Yes, I know I misspelled banana and sandwich.
