You have to get a VPN, which allows you to connect to servers in other countries (like the US) before you connect to websites or streaming services like Netflix.
I'm not sure which one to recommend for XBOX 360, but I'm sure there are some.

@EyeAmYuki just go to the above link from your Xbox 360 and download Hola. Then choose a server in the US, connect to it, and then open Netflix from your 360

I uses Unblock us.co on my 360 but since a few months ago it rarely works. I ordered a firestick from Amazon for less hassle.
I use UnoTelly SmartDNS and VPN . $4/month and it lets you watch netflix from about twenty different countries. use a site like Filmefy Discover Movies or Search Netflix Regions Around The World | Flix Search to find what countries have what.
