My weight loss is going well, I've lost four pounds since the 1st. I started out at 195. I'm eating only chicken, raw veg salads, drinking lots of water, and two protein shakes a day. No salt!!! I'm sure a bit of that weight is water but I know what I'm doing. I'll be 175 by the end of the month. Hopefully 10% body fat as well. I should post some pics now and then on Feb 1st. I put on 20 lbs of some bad weight and muscle so this shed hopefully shows great results.

No bro, you're going the wrong way. Gotta beef up. I'm 5'3" 425 now, and still making solid gains. If you want tips I will help you out!

You can see my 35 dollar couch on the left. To the right you see a half fridge my landlord had in his garage he let me use because I was using ice and the sink as a fridge instead and I was too stubborn to buy one. (Got the gf one for our anniversary, from craiglist)
