how do u make 10 million coming off a loss ? He brings huge viewership numbers that's how.. It has noting to do with winning or losing .I'm pleased and disgusted at the same time.
pleased for Conor, disgusted that other worthy fighters are getting chump change instead of similar pay days.
How do you make 10 mill coming off a loss? Lol.
This only enhances my suspicion that something else is behind this decision to not show up for a 3 month out press conference. ...
Yup. U can win all day but if nobody wants to watch u, u'll be fired as soon as u lose... (Shields, Fitch, rest of the wrestlefuckers)how do u make 10 million coming off a loss ? He brings huge viewership numbers that's how.. It has noting to do with winning or losing .
Congrats on missing my point.how do u make 10 million coming off a loss ? He brings huge viewership numbers that's how.. It has noting to do with winning or losing .
Ill have a go. I guess your response will have at least one point.Congrats on missing my point.
My point was to point out that everyone ...
Feel free to guess my response...
No they don't. They get increases after winning, but usually their money stays the same from one loss to the next fight. Unless they are on the last few fights of their contract and renegotiate extremely badly.Congrats on missing my point.
My point was to point out that everyone else gets a pay cut coming off a loss.
Next up; your response will be "McGregor isn't everyone else."
Feel free to guess my response...
But when you're not some rando on a forum and bring in 400+ million to the company, 10 mil is not what Conor is worth.I think i could eat my ego for 10mil. That's just me though!
I have an anonymous source.hm i see. I was talking along the lines of he puts fighting and beating nate as a priority than making millions, but you are right if what you say is true. how do you know though?
I did see that, in fact my potent powers of intuition picked up on it last night.See what I did there@Sweets ?
Why is there this misconception that Dana is holding up the fight or making the decisions. It's hard to call the shots when he only owns 10% of the company. This has to be all Fertitas Billion doing all the talking.I don't really have a dog in this fight. I just want to see the fight!
And, I think Dana should shut the fuck up and let the fighters fight.
Perhaps, but an indirect consequence of this fiasco is much more media coverage on conor than ever before. Even Forbes did an article on it. He may very well get paid much more for his next fight due to all this attention, whether it is more guaranteed money, or more ppv buys, or both. He certainly isn't losing $100m by not being on ufc 200, he's just not being paid that money in july. That's a lot of money to be gambling with by having a pissing contest with your bosses...
Ask Weidman or Nate Diaz what happened to their guaranteed pay after a loss....or you could google it...No they don't. They get increases after winning, but usually their money stays the same from one loss to the next fight. Unless they are on the last few fights of their contract and renegotiate extremely badly.
BingoSo this is the time we are supposed to believe the lying fucks at zuffa are telling the truth?
