It's Fedor. 10 years undefeated in the HW division, while being a natural LHW himself.
Not only did he beat the best of the best in their primes, he beat them at their own games! Big Nog on the ground. CroCop standing. Was really brought in to give Heath Herring a tune up fight for the HW title fight in Pride... never looked back.
Embarrassed Tim Sylvia!
The only fighter that other fighters feared.
The only fighter other fighters 100% respect until today.

Jacare. Because just like my favorite horror movie killers Jason, Mike Myers, & even death himself, he takes his time walks you down, & when he gets his hands on you it's a wrap. High level Jiujitsu at its best.

Peaceout!

Shogun. Because of his work ethic back in the day. That killer attitude and beating on guys in the gym like he was in a fight. All the guys did it back then. Chute Boxe.

Bj penn as well. I saw what he did to Uno and was a fan still am. Brock cause I'm from MN. Ubereem always have been, always will be. And it IS the horse meat.

Fedor

I started watching mma early UFC. I was drawn to it because it determined out of several bad asses, who is the baddest. As mma progressed, I learned not all of the best were in UFC, however pretty much Pride/UFC had locked up the best of the best.

Enter Fedor. Nog was the clear #1, and then Fedor dominated him. There was no question, THIS was the guy, THIS WAS THE BADDEST OF THE BAD. This is why I started watching mma, to find who it is. It, is Fedor.

19=number of fighters Fedor faced that were UFC fighters before or after facing Fedor

18=number of wins Fedor had after becomign champion.

16=number of opponents Fedor Finished after being champion before he lost 7 years later.

10=number of UFC fighters Fedor finished

9=number of UFC Heavyweight Champions during Fedor's reign

8=number of wins Fedor has over UFC Heavyweight Champions

6=number of UFC Champions Fedor beat(two of them twice)

6=number of wins UFC Champions earned while being champion

5=number of UFC Champions Fedor finished

3=number of wins Fedor holds over UFC Champions during his reign(that's beating a 1/3rd of the UFC HW Champions of those 7 years)

2=number of wins(and finishes)Fedor has on two time defending UFC HW Champions. To date there have been 5 UFC HW Champions who have defended their belt successfully at least once(Randy, Sylvia, Arvloski, Brock, and Cain)-Fedor finished the 2 he faced, both in HL fashion

One=

LOVE Igor, and love your videos on him. One of the best things I've ever seen someone post on an mma message board, is you posting his videos, in particularly him at 20years old showing all sorts of technique.

Anyways, Igor is perhaps my 2nd favorite fighter and you have done a significant job in educating me more on him.

That being said, I'm pretty sure his win streak is 37, but is still the best win streak :p

One of my favorite MMA moments. Zero disrespect to Tim but the back story leading up to this with all the age talk and so on made that opening sequence fucking incredible.
This was such an epic night for me. Like many, I was and am a Die Hard Couture fan. His comeback was huge and I questioned if he could win, but for sure had hope.

I also got into a fight after UFC that night and whooped ass so bad I had both my hands in cast the next few days, other guy was way worse though.

Anyways, my FAVORITE HL video of all time is a fan made HL of Randy Couture in a "Rocky" style promo. As an Italian man, I LOVE Rocky as I should, and loving Couture, it made the BEST HL video ever.

Sadly, a few years ago part 1 was taken down, and now, I can't even find part 1 or part 2.

This is the closest I got, perhaps my mmacommunity buddies across the pond can view it, I can't.

Cris Cyborg Justino is my favorite fighter because over a decade ago HBO had a Real Sex docu series and they featured this transgender woman who elected to keep the penis she was born with but everything else was very voluptuous and feminine. Soft skin, no facial hair, beautiful face, swan like graceful neck, and the best breast implants I've ever seen. This woman was bisexual but had a preference for women and using her natural, large penis during encounters. I found that very interesting and so Cyborg is my favorite fighter. I'll take my shirt in a Large, hopefully you have a v neck cut so I can prop my boobs up. Thanks.

Late to the party but regardless Its GSP.
I don't think fighting was what he was destined to do. I think that he just had the heart and determination to make it work. I think of anything that he might have pursued he would have done well at.
He is more than open with discussing his fears about fighting and I think that shows courage.
I honestly believe he is a pacifist at heart. I doubt he has a mean bone in his body and hurting people is completely against his nature.
And then there is his accomplishments in MMA.
Fear and courage are brothers. That is what GSP is at his core.

Ken Shamrock;
Saw him come into the WWF during 1997's attitude era start. That summer I saw him on the cover of one of the UFC VHS covers at a hollywood video in San Diego.. been hooked ever since. If it wasn't for him.. who knows when I would have found MMA.

Congrats to both. Good for you. I didn't participate in this one because I'm so damn indecisive I couldn't pick one favorite and stick to it.
