Is it too early to ask about your plans, what you're dressing as or what your kids are dressing as (if you have some because I know some of you fartfaces are not baby daddies)?

I am a planner so I already know most details. This is gonna sound super ridiculous after the release and popularity of that piss poor portrayal of my girl Harley Quinn in Suicide Squad, but I am going as New 52 (before they fucking made her like the movie) Harley Quinn. Friends and I are doing a Batman villain group thing, Poison Ivy, Two Face, Mr(s). Freeze (genderbend), Catwoman and Joker.

What about everyone else?

EDIT : No one called me out on my wording fuck up.
Villain group sounds awesome! I've seen some good ones before.

My other half and I went as Baby and Otis Firefly from Devil's Rejects last year and since we've moved to a different city now I might consider doing it again this year. I'm a huge Rob Zombie fan so if I can get two goes out of it I bloody well will!

Costumes like that, why not use every year?

Oh well if you put it like that ;)

This will only be my 3rd Halloween in the US so I'm not quite au fait with all the etiquette jazz just yet.
That's the great thing about Halloween! Dress as whatever you like, even if it's been the same thing ever year.

Bummer jester is the best Harley.
I love her but between the heat and trying to shove all my hair in a jester hat, it's a bit much.
I found a really awesome strapless body suit like one yesterday, so I'm reconsidering it, just without the hat.

gangsterkathryn @gangsterkathryn any suggestions for a costume?

I like:

1. Jon Snow
2. Conor McGregor (not getting in shape to do the shirt off look though)

In that order.

I was thinking of doing El Chapo but that might be played out or a little old. I want something original.

This wig is similar to the one I have picked out from Amazon. I have a lot of hair to cover. I REALLY wanted to dye it but I couldn't bleach half my head just for one costume.

Am I missing something? Why are adults still talking about dressing up for halloween?

WTF is Halloween celebrating anyway? it was a non event here growing up but social media has Aussie kids thinking its part of our culture when its not. Next were gonna be celebrating the 4th of July and Thanks Giving
Similar in the UK
Seems to be growing year by year though

Love Halloween. It's my favourite holiday so I always make sure to book time off from work around it.

Main focus is always decorating the house. I've started shopping for decorations and they go up October 1st.

I don't usually dress up because I prefer to stay in but that will probably change once my son gets older.
Probably a silly question but when we go to Florida (Oct 11th) will houses be decorated etc by then?
