We eat pumpkin pie and turkey and whatever else. It's the same as yours except it's on a Monday, not a Thursday. Your people got it right, make it an extra long weekend.

This makes me excited for 'Murican Thanksgiving, it's my favorite holiday and we will be closed the entire day so I'll actually get to enjoy it.

Milk in plastic bags is so strange. They have it in Israel, as well. For like three years here they had the milk bags in schools but they decided to switch back to cartons.
Also, I think Canadian bacon is just thickly cut deli ham and both are gross.
Ugh I ate far too much last night. Today I'm shovelling half a foot of snow and I've off the site. Supposed to be a long long winter.

Yeah the first one sucks because you realise you haven't prepared. Need to put the garden hoses away and shut down water lines. Pack up the bikes and toys. Tidy up the yard get rid of any dead plants. Figure out where the hell you stored the shovels and road salt.
Shouldn't complain we didn't get fuck all for snow last year. Hopefully lots of trips to the mountains
