Tim Kennedy has caught on MMA forums before but this is why I have always liked the guy.
The Ariel Helwani of fighters. Company man.Norman Parke's tweet I saw was basically "Fighters should shut up about sponsors and fight"
Essentially marking himself as the Samuel Jackson in Django of the UFC.
Nope and I hope this bites Zuffa in the ass bigger than anyone can possibly imagine. The way they conduct business has disgusted me for years. It's not pretty. Things like this are why other sports eventually formed players associations. Can you think of other major sports with a uniform deal in place where the athletes had no say in how the money is broken down?
I recommend everyone read this.Economist Paul Gift at BloodyElbow did a great job breaking down the numbers based on past events to help us understand how this will likely play out.

Vitor:"Before we did the deal with Reebok, [Jury] was talking to Reebok," White said. "We are going to make it right. We gotta fix it. So we're going to get together with Reebok, we're going to get together with Myles and we're going to fix it. But yeah, he can't go out trashing Reebok, but he did have a personal falling out with them. It did happen. I'm going to have to manage it and fix it."
Bunch of pros:"One day my son asked me how much money I made. I thought about it and told him I earn more than I need and less than I deserve" He told Combate. "And that's how I see it. More than I need and way less than I deserve. I believe in it, that's how I see how much I'm worth. That's life no matter if you agree with it or not. The important thing is to honor your work and do it as if you earned more than what you do. I always tell my son that if he works hard and gives his best, someday he'll be noticed. That's how I think."
