I don't see it as fair at all.

they should have two categories of punishment - one for those who intentionally dope, and a lenient one for those who accidentally dope.
That would be more fair, I agree. But that would create a loophole for those who need an explanation for their results. Ever since the new regulations, the most common defense has been supplements. The supplement industry has become somwhat of a scapegoat. And yes, dick pills are a supplement, and a performance enhancer, that may or may not involve illegal substances, and fighters know this.

I just know he pissed hot....I don't know whether he took PEDs for sure or not....and neither do the Three "professionals"...and neither do you.

You picked a side if you are believing anything Jon says.

This guy did a Hit and Run and came back for drugs and money and hid out for 3 days to sober up....end of discussion...good day to you Jon

I don't believe Jon when he says nearly anything anymore. I am not merely taking him at his word. You are still putting yourself at the same level of competence as the three arbitrators, which is naïve in my opinion.

And yes, he has done some scumbag things in the past. That doesn't mean he is immediately guilty in every situation forever though, so while he doesn't deserve the benefit of the doubt anymore, we can't logically point at a past transgression (or transgressions) and use them as evidence for future ones.

Once again, three independent arbitrators that were brought in specifically for impartiality. They were pretty clear that they don't think they caught a cheater, just a dummy. I don't deny that the man is a dummy. It's kind of his thing, other than being the baddest dude walking the planet.

HWs would tune him up real good...Arbitrators only admit to lack of evidence that he took it knowingly...You are twisting the Three Wise Mens words

That's a bad combination...

Jones releases statement on one-year suspension

"Although I was hopeful for a better outcome in the USADA ruling today, I am very respectful of the process in which they allowed me to defend myself. I have always maintained my innocence and I am very happy I have been cleared in any wrong doing pursuant to the allegations made that I had intentionally taken a banned substance. I am pleased that in USADA's investigation they determined I was "not a cheater of the sport". Being cleared of these allegations was very important to me. I have worked hard in and outside of the octagon to regain my image and my fighting career and will take these next eight months to continue my training and personal growth both as a man and a athlete. Thank you to all of my fans, teammates, coaches, sponsors and to the UFC for their continued support."

He thinks he was Cleared LOL

You don't get banned from a sport for a year for something you are cleared of.

I bet he comes back a very different and lesser fighter

Okay so you clearly are just speaking about something without reading it first, which has been kind of the theme of this whole conversation- you pretending you have more information than you do mixed with you acting as if this is open and shut with merely the information you've gathered from reading headlines.
They literally said the words "On the evidence before the Panel, the Applicant is not a drug cheat. He did not know that the tablet he took contained prohibited substances or that those substances had the capacity to enhance sporting performance. However by his imprudent use of what he pungently referred to as a "dick pill" he has not only lost a year of his career but an estimated nine million dollars."

If you read the above, I am quoting them directly and not twisting anything. You assumed I was because, surprise surprise, you have a lack of information on the subject.

The whole case is there, and it's looooooong. A lot longer than "he pissed hot, therefore he's guilty."

It's actually an entertaining read. They are not too stoked on Malki Kawa, to say the least.

Andrewsimar Palhardass @Andrewsimar Palhardass don't even waste your time or energy with Rambo whatever. He's a butthurt hater who will always shit on Jones no matter what
But I was so sure that the actual document was gonna convin... actually I knew it wouldn't, I just wanted public record of just how much of what he said was assumptive hogwash. I think I succeeded.
