Well started with bailey's and coffee for breakfast. A vodka Caesar for lunch. Moving on to the liter and a half bottle of grolsch one of my employees picked up for me. I will eventually be moving on to kraken rum with bailey's and eggnog and perhaps a scotch, neat at dinner.

Beer is so complex ,so many styles globally I like belgian dubbels,quads and american stouts, sours and saisons. Belgian stuff is pretty consistent though but relatively expensive. German beer is good but low on abv. Belgian beer is technically not craft but "trappist ale".
