Ironically my weight is almost exactly the same in both pictures. 195 pounds of skinny fat in the first picture. I concentrated on cardio and dropped down to 168, then added weight lifting and started adding muscle and am back up to 194 as of this morning.Not a huge change but I certainly can see some. I agree with the idea about consuming more calories. I eat about 2500 per day, that's not a lot but I eat mostly raw vegetables and chicken breasts so I still eat a lot.
I wish I had a before and after 3 years later. 322 lbs of pure fat-ass fucktard, 3 years later I weigh 179 and I've put on at least 10 pounds of muscle.
I don't eat shit food ever and I work my ass off.

I'm skinny af. Tryna get bigger but I have no interest at all in lifting weights.
My only form of exercise is bjj every day and night time runs + stretching
