thanks will
I haven't followed this thread, but I have experience taking drugs for PTSD, depression and anxiety and dealing with deteization disorder and mania; discontinuing SSRIs or psychoactive drugs cold-turkey is EXTREMELY dangerous. You can't trust yourself to know what's best for you (you wouldn't be on meds if you could) so I would speak to a doctor and follow their advice- when is your next psychiatrist appr? Why not jyst wait until you see them, at least let them know you're going to quit so they are prepared if you have issues?

As i said, and in case you haven't been paying attention, i did have one, and she has moved out (a wife). I may consider going to see the hooker again, but you know, do i really need to do this. About the only thing she gives me, is a big smile? And extras...

Why buy the cow when you get the milk for free?

I have got an emergency appointment with him tomorrow morning. I am going to play my hand then. It could go either way, but damn it, i hope to stay off them... Now my family have moved out, i am not a risk to them anymore. That is something at least, i guess?

What kind of risk are we talking?

Yes, sure, but you ARE a risk to yourself, especially with no distractions. You start thinking about things and you go down a rabbit hole. Just be careful.

Additionally, your brain chemistry is not meant to make sudden changes. I'm not familiar with your specific drug, but they usually are very dangerous to just stop, you usually titer off slowly.

Here's the deal. Many people in your position feel they are better without meds. They say they think better. They feel "more alive." But those meds worked to getting you to feel "okay". At least , okay enough to think you can stop.

The problem though is not that "clear thinking" that your having right now. It's the rate and/or quickness it can get out of control. It's kinda like stomping the gas pedal. It feels great at first but eventually something bad is going to happen.

Stay on your meds. I'm sure your doctor is going to agree. Resign yourself to it. It's worked so far.

We're trying to help you, bud. Your family just left, dude. You're a risk:

Zuclopenthixol - Wikipedia

The drug you're on is SPECIFICALLY given to "people with schizophrenia who have a poor compliance with medication and suffer frequent relapses of illness."

From another page: "When zuclopenthixol has been taken for a while, stopping treatment suddenly can cause problems. If you have been taking it regularly for a year or so, your doctor will want you to reduce your dose gradually if this becomes necessary." Zuclopenthixol (Clopixol). Side effects of zuclopenthixol | Patient

"You should not suddenly stop treatment with this medicine unless your doctor tells you to, even if you feel better and think you don't need it any more. This is because the medicine controls the symptoms of the illness but doesn't actually cure it. This means that if you suddenly stop treatment your symptoms could come back. For this reason, you should make sure that you always keep your appointment for your next injection. Stopping the medicine suddenly may also rarely cause withdrawal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, sweating, insomnia or involuntary movements such as twitching or tremor, though this is unlikely after stopping this injection, because the level of the medicine in your blood will gradually decrease over several weeks." Clopixol injection (zuclopenthixol)

okay well. i still don't want to take it. i think i can hack it. i also know of people in similar positions to myself, who have come off them. And i like having my breathing back. There is an immense medical literature, against the psychiatric dogma, that these drugs work and do them good, and also overwhelming studies, and histories, proving this. I will dig out some quotes of my own, if you like?

I don't have a dog in this fight, but I know from experience long-term psychoactive drug use shouldn't be suddenly stopped. You'll do what you want, we're trying to help.

Maybe the breathing problem was your stress.

Do you want to be locked back up so you can start drawing that pay check again?

okay peter, you might also be interested to know that i have just come off them like this before, yet the fears of my medical team have always persuaded me to go back on them. I don't think it is fair them threatening to put me back in hospital, just because i have a history of mental illness, and saw a prostitute two weeks ago!

You have run out of money. Lost your disability income. Your family has left you. You are addicted to online poker. Contemplating spending your last money on a hooker for a nice smile.

No, you are NOT doing okay.

the breathing problem was because of the drugs. they are basically poisons. they interfere with my breathing. now i am off them, my lungs breath a lot easier. no it isn't completely healed, but it is about 50%, and most people who i have talked to now, who know me, agree with this. it is only a few indebited individuals, who argue against this. But my point is, i have been on these drugs for twelve years, 2005-2009 tablets then 2009-now injection. I have generally speaking not missed a single dose. And they have been very reluctant to reduce them. Also relying on the games my cpn plays, to over ride my opinion. It seems to be the only time i have a voice, and the strength in me, to fight them, is when i am off these drugs.

It is my decision. I am prepared to take responsibility for my actions. If i do anything else criminal, i will likely find myself behind bars. That is my decision, my decision to take. I am a grown man. I have capacity. We will see what happens tomorrow.

If not you should take some crack and get revenge on them!
