Its a balcony, but I agree its ugly as the literal night and its even totally senselessly and impractically designed too. No clue what the architect sniffed before he did that.
At least its spacy with about 12m². But no joke, the ground was split into 3 uneven! pieces of metal and stone. Again, not just ugly, but impractical as shit. That's why I laid this wooden ground on it last week:
