After this presser I'm officially neutral on who wins. I've been a fan of DC for a long time and still enjoy the way he fights but he's reeeeaaaaally trying too hard here with Jon. It's like he learned nothing from the past on how to fuck with Jon's mind. Jon is way too self absorbed to give a flying fuck about DCs criticism. Imo the better approach would be a sarcastic olive branch, Jon usuly finds a way to hang himself without help in public. All I ask is somebody finish somebody else this time. Jon won the dirty wrestling and hand fighting last fight...but In reality that fight was unfinished and undecisive...I need some heavy strikes and damage done either way

It really was 70% wrist control and baby strikes...not that exciting if you don't know anything about the two guys.

I bet he would instantly become humble...this fight is all he really wants to complete his career.

This act is mostly a result of his disappointment in himself for the first fight results IMO...he has probably never been that unsuccessfull in a mainly grappling fight.

I don't see nothing wrong with anything Jones said, I do agree it's no one's business whether he is clean or a junkie and if he is a good person or not. I just have this foresight of him being a beloved retired legend in 20 years and young people wishing they'd been able to see him fight and most of the people who were able to do it were more concerned whether he was a good boy scout or not when he was active.

He is a decision champ...name a former fighter who won mostly decisions and is a beloved retired legend.

Jon is a great fighter but I feel he is overhyped...He does win fights but his amazing finshes are kinda far and few.

And he does have a dirty fighter asterisk and also a confirmed PED asterisk.

Not exactly a must watch from where I am sitting.
That is just my opinion....Fans gravitate towards different types of fighters and that is great.

Jons most amazing attribute is that his frame can still make 205...that is his best asset and biggest advantage....As a fan I don't really gravitate towards Size advantage guys.

If D.C. can translate his new found public energy into the fight I think he has a much better chance. I sincerely think He made jones look foolish in that pressed and the taunting is starting to take its toll. Hell, even the crowd is turning on him later. The next few months will be interesting to see how jones reacts and handles this level of pressure.
