its all good man! no worries.....that guy wont be back, it was his last fight on the contract. he wasnt responsive about a few offers i had sent him, which is ok but i dont get people who dont communicate what they want. i didnt say anything, then he sent a message asking for a contract for another fighter of his. i sent a contract, not even two minutes go by and i get a message saying my offer was returned as they signed elsewhere...so i just responded to his initial request with "nice". he then told me that he was offered a better contract elsewhere and that his fighter needs the most amount of money possible. sooo thats when i told him that he needed to step up his managerial game up a notch, and learn how to negotiate as i would have topped the contract he had settled for. i told him it was lame of him to ask for a contract and not even give me a chance to counter the others. he didnt like that i told him he was bad at getting the most amount of money for his fighters, and went off on me lol

managers like taking their role playing game seriously, and sometimes i like stepping up my dana white game.

Which guy did that? lol

anyone interested in being a rankings manager for the org? i just got a lot of shit going on, and id rather not neglect the org. rankings are important..and need an update every 1-2 cards. top 10 for each weightclass...there is a little formula id like to stick by, but its simple and makes sense....if youre interested, let me know and we can discuss pay. it will be an official hiring through SFC with a title!
I'll absolutely do it and put a lot of attention into it, if no one else has claimed it before I type this.

My poor welterweight Yen Askren has just as much trouble getting fights booked as Ben does. Dude's been waiting on QFC for like a week now with no luck.

If anyone has any comments or complaints, let me know. First time doing the rankings but I think I've got a pretty good system.

If you see any fighters that are 2-1 ranked above a 3-1 fighter for example, it is because the 2-1 fighter is coming off a win and the 3-1 fighter is coming off a loss. I tried to make the rankings as realistic as possible based off a bunch of factors. Instead of just compiling a list of the highest hyped fighters, the rankings I did are based off wins, losses, who they were against and your most recent performances.

How come Quincy Hanley is #4 at BW but is the top BW at p4p??

Also IMHO the champion should be ranked #1 instead of having this top 11...this reeks of ufc. But good job, them rankings will sort themselves as these guys rack up the fights.

Did you guys make any fighters on the island?

How are your projects doing? I have 2 18 yr olds that are popping conditioning every day so very happy about that. I'll test them in the QFC very soon.
everybody pops in physicals at the same rate depending on their age.

but about the Island...I just realized we get an extra slot for that. can anyone tell me about how it works? I was starting to make a new fighter but I don't wanna fuck it up...what's the benefit of making a younger guy if it's just for one season? or do you get to keep him? G @GBK16 ??

haha poor jim already getting flack for his rankings :D
but thats on me, i asked for that format....i think champ should be champ, and number 1 should be the num 1 contender....those 10 fight it out to be #1 to fight the champ.

as for hanley...that is a weird situation, and think it has to do with fact hes in the openweight class at the moment...im not sure though, StillReal @StillReal will need to explain lol

The Island is basically a city that is only open for 6 months at a time. You can make any age on it, and you get to keep the fighter after the season if you wish, but bare in mind that there are limited gyms and a lot of fighters looking for spaces so you won't get good training for them. Most people build 25 year old fighters for it since they get an insta-advantage and you can just train up physicals for the season. I had a guy the past 2 seasons, 13-2 and 16-2, I didn't bother changing training or sliders on the guy that went 16-2 for the whole season so it's pretty easy if you get good hiddens

We don't currently have a bantamweight champion. Quincy's first two losses were against 25 year olds before he had developed and since then has destroyed everyone he has fought within a minute by KO. His skills are extremely high for an 18 year old and his hiddens are a nightmare. I didn't rank him number one at Bantamweight because his next fight is an openweight fight and I didn't think he should be the number one bantamweight when his next fight is outside of the divsion.

P4P was really hard to do though.

Open to all feedback as this is a subjective thing and might take a little adjusting.

G @GBK16 when do your secondary skills cap? Is there anyway to know when they do/is there any way to tell when you're close or anything like that?

There isn't a cap on specifics (i.e. You can train Secondaries as much as you want to), but there is an Overall Skill Cap which varies between fighters. It is usually around the 2750 range, but the more injuries you get in your career the lower it will be.

For each skill, the highest they can go however is 150. You can check specific skills on this page - MMA TYCOON :: The MMA Management Game - free to play, online MMA simulator

Go to the skill you want to check, go to the fighter then, right click the bar and click on Inspect Element. It will come up with a %. You multiply 150 by that percentage and that is the current skill level.

If you wanna see how many points your fighter has overall, check this page - MMA TYCOON :: The MMA Management Game - free to play, online MMA simulator

It updates on Sunday nights once a week so you can see how your fighter progresses overall on a week by week basis.

You're a legitimate hero. That 2750 number is what I was looking for. Thank you thank you thank you.
