I haven't smoked weed for at least 15 years, but I think it should be 100% legal for recreational use. The fact that it's not already used for medicinal use in all states is ridiculous. My mom has cancer and in constant pain. Maybe weed would help her, but she don't wanna run the risk of getting in trouble so she suffers. I am of the opinion that all states should be legalized and regulated. From what I recall reading, taxing the shit out of it hasn't slowed use and states are seeing massive revenue.

One more thing- 25 years from now it will probably be completely legal and readily available everywhere. People will be talking about how crazy it was back in the old days when people got arrested for smoking a plant that is helpful and not harmful while cigarettes and beer kill people every day.
