I was coaching my comp team in Boca Raton today and ran into my buddy Ruban Alvarez, and he told me that Josh Hayden was being promoted to black belt today, so HUGE congratulations to a phenomenal grappler and person in Josh Hayden, super deserving of it

It’s like rolling with a 600lb bag of wet cement that somehow moves fast. He is extremely hard to hold down, and has great top pressure.
