He was extremely proficient to maintain that rate of fire with a bump stock. I’ve used one and had to reset the stock on sustained fire. He has been training himself to use it perfectly for a while now. Notice the placement of the fore grip. That would help to maintain the separation needed between the stock and the rest of the weapon by allowing him to lock his arm out.
There is a debate in the comments that suggest this may not be the weapon he used? I don’t know, just throwing it out there.

I’ve seen them and they are rather strange. I don’t think it was the shooter though. He would have to have an idea on what 4chan was to even know how to use it like this.
