Set the clock for 10 minutes.
4 segments, 4 mins, 3,2,1

You need to do 40 burpees (chest to floor) in 4 minutes. Rest the remaining time.
Then 30 in the 3 mins, 20 in the 2 and 10 in the 1 minute.

Obviously only takes 10 mins but is brutal
