I'm open to anything gets me warmer weather in the winters, good golf courses, and places when I can boat & fish. And if you're around for a reach around every now and then, all the better.
Columbia is exactly what you want. Covers every point + more frequent handjobs

Rivers and lakes. Easy cost of living. State capital (plus Lexington, Chapin, Irmo, etc just outside of the city)

Come visit and I'll give you a tour. It's a legit gem place to live. As long as you can handle July and August

July and August suck here too man. Hot, high humidity, and allergies that'll kill yo ass.
