Here is the grapestomper. It was really good.
Very terpy, I can taste the purps and berry.
Only had 24k live resin once but it was amazing

These are the new laws and regulations that go into effect today here in Cali regarding the Marijuana industry. Things are moving quickly and changes are happening and taxes are here. People are panicking and over night the street market has reappeared. Stanislaus County will only be giving 7 licenses for dispensary storefronts. The dots on weed maps have been getting less and less daily. I’m not sure what counties they are but some will remain zero tolerance when it comes to marijuana.

Jesus Christ, you can' even eat edibles in public anymore? WTF?
What is the fucking point of that law lol, it hurts nobody

Edit: and you got the same law on making bho
Speaking of, I pressed 5 grams last night and nearly got a gram so close to 20% (probably about 17%)
Still need to dial it in

This Is fucking rape

Taxes

Retail sales of cannabis are subject to the standard state sales and use tax of 7.5% - 9.25%.

Exception: Medical users with a state medical cannabis ID card are exempt from the sales tax for type "M" medical cannabis.

Many local governments assess additional taxes on cannabis businesses, ranging as high as 10-20% of total revenues.

As of Jan 1, 2018:

• All retail sales of cannabis are subject to an additional 15% excise tax.

• Licensed commercial growers must pay a cultivation tax of $9.25 per ounce on cannabis flowers (or $2.75 on leaf)

People better fight this
There is no proof that the level of thc in your system is the only factor in your level of intoxication
Weight and tolerance are two major factors that make these tests a horrible judge of intoxication

I've said this before, my thc level is higher than, most fucking people lol, if they smoked 1 joint, they would be more intoxicated than I would be even though my levels would be 10x higher if not more

Driving under the influence

It is unlawful to drive while under the influence of marijuana or alcohol or any other drug by Vehicle Code 23152. "Under the influence" is not explicitly defined in the statute, but is interpreted to imply some degree of impairment. Therefore the mere fact of having taken a toke of marijuana does not necessarily mean one is DUI. For evidence of impairment, officers may administer a field sobriety test. Arrestees may also be required to submit to a blood or urine test under Vehicle Code 23612 or else forfeit their licenses. Since marijuana is detectable for much longer periods in urine than in blood (several days vs. several hours), a positive urine test constitutes much weaker proof of recent use and impairment than a positive blood test. In some jurisdictions, police are testing motorists with oral swab tests. Under current law, police cannot compel you to take a swab test like they can a blood or urine test. Oral swab tests can detect marijuana for a couple of hours to as long as a day or more after use.

It is also unlawful to use cannabis while in a car, even if you are a passenger. This is also true for cannabis edibles.

There’s nothing to fight. Everyone I know voted this shit in, now all the regulations will follow. The state has complete control over everything now.

My understanding is the consumers here in san diego will be charged a 30% tax, unless they have their retard card.

They are making it a law similar to alcohol in reference to public consumption. But let's be honest here, if someone is drinking in public, it's pretty easy to get away with if they use a Styrofoam cup, or something other than the bottle. When taking edibles into account, who the fuck is going to get busted for eating a cookie, gummybear, or infused soda?

I don’t think the card gets you out of the state tax. Oregon does that, tax on recreational but not medical. 30% would be the combined state and local tax. Even now, the dispensarys I go to pay the local city tax. We just dont see the charge.

Many provisions of Proposition 64 legalizing recreational marijuana won’t go into effect until 2018, but one aspect of it takes effect immediately.

There’s no more tax on medical marijuana.

California voters approved the ballot measure earlier this month, opening the door for the sale of recreational marijuana in the state, but not until 2018.

The proposition is meant to shift the tax burden of marijuana sales away from medical users and onto recreational ones. But taxes on medical marijuana have ceased with 14 months to go before a single legal recreational sale occurs.

Before the election, medical marijuana was subject to state tax. Now it is not. Local taxes remain, however.

Prop. 64 wrinkle: Taxes stop on medical marijuana long before recreational sales start

It's sad man
Government played this well for themselves and people were happy to buy in,
Government: "Ok guys you can have your weed, just don't pay attention to the details"
The people: "fuck yeah"

Exactly, that's why I don't see the need for that to be in there
They'll find a way to use it I guess

I did like that they have in there that place can be licenced for edibles or something to that effect

Does the 6 plants limit effect you or you ok for that?
Only indoor growing is allowed. I gave up indoor growing when weed became "worth-less", about 5 years ago. When I grow outdoors, the 6 plant count means very little since even 1 plant is illegal.
