trust me when I tell you. $80/g aint shit. and that Shyla K stuff is easily the best shit I have ever smoked in my 17 years of smoking.

and from my experiences, Vancouver has ALWAYS been a few years ahead of the USA in all things MJ. they dont call it Vansterdam and the weed capital of the world for nothing.
I live in Oregon, and I can tell you right now the highest quality shatter or CO2 oil goes for $40 a gram. Maybe $50 at certain shops, but usually around $40. The first link you provided looked to be a shop in California. It's no surprise to see prices that high as the market down there from what I remember was always far more expensive than the Northwest.

false, check the links I provided man, if you think its not worth it then by all means think otherwise. but honestly, YOU dont know what you are talking about if thats what you think. the butane you should use is called Calibri, and yes, if you use anything on a lesser level of butane its shit.

and yes, I may sound like a dick. but if its "all good" then why did you write out a huge response egging me on and write "no offense"?

think. then respond.

Long? You should have seen the un edited version. Cuz it is all good and I mean no offense. I just wanted to let you know incase nobody else has. Im not egging you on. Just saying that you are not the authority on the subject matter, that is pretty obvious. I didnt click your link. The world is full of information. People learn every day. Stop acting like there is nothing you dont know. Like when I suggested you might want to fix the light leak in your cabinet. You came up with some high horse shit about the moon giving light to outdoor plants. Then later said you had to fix the light leak. Calibri is not the only acceptable butane to use in the process. Whats the point of using the Calibri if you dont even get it all out? Ill ask again, why do you put it in the freezer? You couldnt even tell me why when i asked the last time. You strike me as someone who thinks they know everything and usually anybody who acts like they know everything there is to know about this subject, usually doesnt.

Started the job in San Diego then transferred back to Orlando, so I lost my seniority when I transferred and got stuck with the shitty option. Was a fun experience while it lasted. Mostly down to earth people that work those checkpoints.

Nectar is a good store, but they're a little on the pricey side overall. With the over saturation of shops in portland, it's not hard to find people who sell product at a reasonable price. Like you said "I can get shatter for $25-$90." I can too. I'm just not silly enough to pay $90 for a gram of concentrate.

On a side note: just because something costs more, doesn't mean it's higher quality. You're getting duped, bud.

its not silly though. it is 100% worth every penny. its not like I go pay that every time. I have only done it a couple times when I feel like getting it.

but the live resins, sap etc are well worth the extra cash.

BJTT_Pella @BJTT-Pella so we raise the inHg in increments of 5 until we reach 30inHg. We let it stay there for 5 to 8 days, but my coworker is saying we could probably take the slabs out after 4 days. Temperature ranges 96F-99F.

Thats awesome!! Thanks bro. I would love to spend a day, well a few days in the lab helping out. I would do it for free just to learn that process. There is a lot to learn. I have been at this for awhile and Im always looking to improve, hence all the questions. Are you able to find out why they use a butane/propane mix?

Its more cost effective. Propane is pretty damn expensive.

they use propane because its easily available, all natural, non toxic, loading ratio.

it isnt use often because its incredibly flammable.
