No I grow auto's the have a set lifespan so I don't like to mess with them. I remove most of the leaves once they've stopped growing up and are packing weight on buds. Mostly cause they don't need as much space that way the bottom buds mature better. I do some lst if it's necessary.

I dont do much of trimming after I change to flowering unless its getting REALLY packed with leaves. should I be clearing out leaves?
i havent done any autos yet. so how does that work exactly? on a set day you change to flowering and it just does it on or around that day? I dont really know much about auto-flower seeds.
Try a branch or two it's a matter of preference, you'll get a more even bud size along it's length with a slightly smaller top bud. Wait until a week after the stretch finishes. If you have time you can do multiple leaf strips during veg if you do that you'll get bud sites every inch along the branch.
So what they've done is bred in Cannabis Ruderalis, Siberian hick cousin of the good shit. It's shitty for drugs but it has a gene that allows it to flower in 24 hour light. So they isolated that trait and made smokable strains, good ones. The advantage is you can veg and flower in the same space, also they don't like to be transplanted which means you get to start and finisg them in the same pot.

You can Lst no bother, no topping though, The more I think about it, you could cut 4 weeks off your cycle time with auto's, maybe if I'm remembering the details correctly. Also I'll post you non fem auto seeds if you want. I've been messing with them their true auto i.e they flower in 24 hour light some are not. They have genes from several auto's in them Royal Dutch auto, Sweet Pakistani Ryder, and White Widow auto, it's a broad church but they're good seeds and one seed plant will keep you going for ages.
ya, I like the idea of them so far, but my cabinet is too small if I cannot top them. now I am not against making another one and having them on rotation. lol.
my temps early may are like 18 - 20 celcius. july and august its over 30 every day.

okay. so when should I start my outdoor seeds for the first run outside then? it can get frosty overnight here in the mountains even into May. but its not like I have to leave my plants outside overnight. I can bring them into my sunroom.Bastard
1) I have all the seeds it's not an issue, If it works I'll top them all always. 8 is lovely. Mine are 2 feet ish but they'll scrog or lst happily I know from experience. I get 30-50 grams a plant but hempy would improve that no doubt.
